Zoe Hart always knows how to let her New York style shine in the south. Maybe I just dig her wardrobe because it looks so edgy compared to all the pleated skirts and bows that the other characters on Hart of Dixie wear. Either way, this dress is another great example of Zoe's cool girl style.

So, I'm trying something new. Don't worry, I'll still be hunting down celebrity fashion on the regular, but today we're going to talk about "wear" my clothes are from! Ohhhh, I can feel your excitement from here! But seriously I'd love your feedback; I'm really just a regular girl- obsessed with fashion, and I know so many of you are too! I'll be putting new outfit posts up from time to time, and you know I'll always let you know "Wear it's from"! In today's post I am obsessed with this jacket! I've been on the hunt for a leather (or faux) sleeved jacket for a while. I was going in the trench direction, until I cam across this- and it was love! I stayed pretty neutral otherwise, but threw on this great animal print underneath.
There is something about the fall that makes you want to cozy up on the couch in all the plaid you can find, like a lumberjack (or maybe with a lumberjack)! But there are far better ways to get your comfy-cozy on than with footy pajamas or your ratty fashion leftovers from the 90s. I'm taking a cue from Olivia Palermo for my take on plaid this season. She's proving it is possible to be both comfortable and chic; but let us not forget what Tim Gunn tells us either, fashion is not about comfort! Consider this your compromise.

I love leopard. Like, love love LOVE it! I feel that it is the chicest print in the world, an easy way to dress up a basic, and never out of style. The only problem is that leopard can get tacky if you choose the wrong one. Today I am showing you what I believe to be the most perfect leopard print! Sported by AnnaLynne McCord aka Naomi on 90210. To me, this blouse screams "polished", a look that everyone should aspire to. Sadly, it's no longer available online, but I also dug up some other cats that I love!

You guys, if you haven't been watching The Mindy Project- please start! If for no other reason than so I have someone to talk to about it. This week's episode had some major LOL's and made me want to dance like a single girl in my early 20s! I was also loving Mindy's ghetto fab/ Kim Kardashian look. Club standard. So it's decided- I'm going out...who's coming with me??

Rejoice Manhattan's elite- Gossip Girl is back! I am both happy and sad since it's the show's final season, but really hoping that Chuck and Blaire end up together in the end! Love stories aside, we all know the fashion is always on point with this crowd. There was Blake Lively in an off the runway Jenny Packham dress, and Leighton Meester in Prada polka dots. All gorgeous, but I am focusing on the slightly more affordable outfits- for example Ivy. Her dress may not have been the most glamorous- but I'd wear it on a Friday night in a second! As soon as I saw it though, it reminded me of a dress that I've seen on StyleMint- the Olsen twins' fashion website. The choice is yours upper East Siders! XOXO, Wears It From.

I don't know about you, but I could not be happier that Law & Order SVU is back. I mean, did you see the season premiere? That was some good TV! But all summer long, as I waited for Benson and the gang to come back and get the bad guys, I watched reruns on cable. Late to the game probably, but I noticed that Mariska Hargitay (aka Olivia Benson) has always worn the same necklaces. So, of course, I wanted to find out where they're from. Turns out one of chains supports her charity "Joyful Heart". A do-gooder on TV & off! You can also get the look by layering some of your own chains, or check out some of the ones I found below!

Oh what a joyous week! All of my favorite shows are back on TV- which means new episodes... and new outfits! The star of my TiVo this week was Ms. Zoe Hart aka Rachel Bilson in Hart of Dixie. I love this show! I know this is a fashion blog, but as an avid TV watcher (oh yea, and a television producer) I feel the need to tell you to check this show out if you haven't already! Super cute. Anyway, being fall her in New England (picture me doing a shot of a pumpkin latte) my favorite look from episode 1 of season 2 was Zoe's sweater. What can I say? I'm in cool weather mode. Sad news: it's sold out. Good news: you probably couldn't afford it anyway. So, I've found a couple that have a similar look.
